Meet Aundré
Candidate for Claremont City Council - District 4

Claremont is more than just a city—it’s a community that inspires dreams and fosters connections. As a young boy, I visited Wheeler Park and the Village with my mother and grandmother, and I dreamed of one day calling this incredible place home. As a teenager, I had my first job right here in Claremont, which taught me the importance of responsibility and the value of contributing to the community. Today, that dream is my reality. I am blessed to live in this city with my wife and two sons, who attend CUSD schools, and I am deeply committed to preserving the magic that makes Claremont so special.
When I ran for City Council in 2022, I stood for the values that define our community: safety, inclusivity, and local control. These issues remain as urgent today as they were then, and I am more determined than ever to ensure that every voice in Claremont is heard and valued.
As a Police Commissioner for the City of Claremont, I have had the privilege of working directly to protect our neighborhoods and strengthen trust between residents and law enforcement. I believe that public safety is the foundation of a thriving community, and I will continue to advocate for policies that make Claremont a safe and welcoming place for all.
I am also proud to be part of a group dedicated to finding innovative ways to bring in more revenue for our city. Together, we are exploring creative opportunities, such as establishing an international film festival right here in Claremont. This initiative would not only celebrate the arts and culture that make our city unique but also attract visitors and boost our local economy.
My supporters come from all walks of life—newcomers and long-time residents, people with diverse political views—but we are united by a shared love for Claremont and a vision for its future. I am ready to build bridges, foster collaboration, and lead with integrity.
I invite you to join me in this journey. Together, we can protect what makes Claremont extraordinary and create a brighter future for generations to come. I look forward to hearing your thoughts, sharing ideas, and earning your trust and your vote.
